Do You Recognize Yourself Here?
-
Waking up tired even after a full night’s sleep.
-
Carrying tension in your shoulders, neck, or jaw.
-
Feeling a heaviness in your chest or a knot in your stomach.
-
Experiencing emotional numbness or irritability by the end of the day.
-
Dreading work on Sunday night before the week has even begun.
-
Struggling to slow down because your body is stuck in “go mode.”
These aren’t random physical symptoms—they’re your nervous system signaling burnout after years of being the reliable one. Many helping professionals learned early in life to push through pain, override exhaustion, and keep caring for others even when their own bodies were asking for rest.
Over time, these patterns show up as chronic fatigue, muscle tension, headaches, disrupted sleep, and the urge to disconnect or numb just to make it through the day.
"Psychotherapy is the bridge between the person you’ve had to be to survive and the person you long to be to thrive."
My Medicine
As a trauma-attuned, relational, and process-oriented therapist, I meet you with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment. I believe that we all carry different parts within us—some that protect, some that strive, some that feel wounded, and some that long to be seen. Together, we’ll create a safe space where every part of you is welcomed and honored. Using powerful tools like somatics, EMDR, inner child work/IFS, yoga, breathwork, reiki, and mindfulness, I’ll support you in gently releasing the protective layers that no longer serve you—so that your most authentic, aligned self can emerge with clarity, confidence, and freedom.

I am a EMDRIA Certified Therapist that helps helping professionals and people in recovery heal relational and work trauma that reactivates childhood wounds.
What is EMDR Therapy?
EMDR works with the brain’s natural healing system to transform painful memories that may still be shaping your present. By helping the nervous system “unfreeze” what feels stuck, EMDR allows those experiences to be processed in a healthier way. The result is often a deeper sense of calm, empowerment, and the ability to live with more freedom and less burden from the past.
Who I Help

Helping Professionals & Caregivers
Therapists, social workers, nurses, doctors, healers facing burnout, toxic workplaces, compassion fatigue, or those caregiving for loved ones.

People in Recovery
Healing beyond sobriety: people-pleasing, anxious attachment, shame, and trauma patterns.

Sensitive High Achievers
Perfectionism, overperforming, and struggling to feel “enough.”
"You might think, “I should know how to help myself—I do this for a living.” I’ve been there. Helping others doesn’t make you immune to burnout, and it doesn’t mean you should carry everything alone. Peers and friends offer essential support BUT therapy can take you even further."

How Therapy with Me Works

🌿 Walk-and-Talk Therapy
Therapy doesn’t only need to happen in the office. For those who feel more at ease outdoors, I also offer walk-and-talk therapy in a safe, agreed-upon location. Together, we’ll explore your goals while moving at a pace that feels natural, just as we would in a traditional office setting. Walk-and-talk sessions can be a refreshing complement to in-person therapy—or a grounding alternative when you’d prefer the outdoors. And yes, your dog is welcome to join us!
"In our work together, you’ll begin to see that your worth is not defined by your work, your past, or the approval of others. You’ll feel more connected to yourself and more empowered in your choices. At first, turning care inward may feel unfamiliar—even scary—but with support, it can become one of the most life-changing things you ever do."

I also hold a limited number of reduced-fee sliding scale spots for those with financial need, ranging from $160–$225. These are offered to ensure therapy remains accessible while still supporting the sustainability of my practice.
