Investment & Access to Care
My therapy services are offered through a tiered, anti-oppressive pricing structure. Why? Because access to money, rest, and care is not equal.

We live within systems that impact how resources are distributed—shaped by race, gender, identity, ability, citizenship, generational wealth, and lived experience. A single flat rate assumes we all have the same access. That’s simply not true.

This structure is an invitation into honesty, reflection, and collective care. Rather than requiring proof of income, I invite you to complete a brief 3-question reflection prior to our discovery call to help guide you toward the tier that aligns with your current access to financial resources.

This model allows those with greater access to help sustain the practice and expand access to those navigating more barriers.

This framework is adapted from the work of Alexis J. Cunningfolk (wortsandcunning.com), with contributions by Britt Hawthorne (embracingequity.org), and was encountered through Rincón Curativo.

What This May Look Like

Tier 3
Redistribute & Support
For those with financial stability, access to savings, and disposable income.
Choosing this tier helps support the sustainability of this practice and allows me to offer lower-cost spaces to others in the community.

Tier 2
Full Rate & Sustain
For those who can meet their needs, have some financial flexibility, and are able to invest in therapy at the standard rate.

Tier 1
Sliding Scale
For those with limited financial access or navigating systemic barriers to wealth and healthcare.
These spots are limited and prioritized for individuals who hold marginalized identities and/or are experiencing financial strain.
